George Petrusich and his wife Evelyn decided it was time Californians be fed what they deserved, a good wholesome family grown chicken. George and Evelyn joined in with two other families and purchased an old winery in Sonoma County California and converted it into a processing plant. Four generations later, Central Coast Farms continues to grow and harvest the best bird out there and distribute it to the finest stores and restaurants in the West. Every Central Coast chicken you eat is fed, grown, and cared for by us every day of its life.
